1. Replacement & Exchange Policy

If you receive a faulty or defective product, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or exchange.
Size replacements are also available.
For any exchange, customers are requested to courier the product back to us at their own expense.
Refunds are provided in eligible cases.
If you’re not satisfied with the product you’ve received, you can also request a full refund — we’re here to make sure you’re happy with your experience.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:
A booking amount of 200 is required for all COD orders.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.
To initiate a return, replacement, or exchange, or to complete the COD process, please contact us within the specified time frame. Thank you for choosing us!
